Vicki’s turning point came in 2020 when she became a soon-to-be grandma and wanted the energy and ability to fully enjoy her grandbaby. She had weight-loss surgery in Mexico and made big progress, but didn’t reach her goal. In 2024, she joined Uplift Revival to keep moving forward—and it worked. She’s now just 2 pounds from her goal weight, has lost 37 pounds in the studio (137 total), and feels in the best shape of her adult life. Matt’s 23-Pound Journey to Better Health—No Meds Needed

Matt joined Uplift Revival after a doctor’s visit revealed elevated blood pressure and cholesterol. Wanting to improve his health without relying on medication, he gave Uplift a try at his wife’s encouragement. At first, he was nervous about starting somewhere new, but the warm welcome from the coaches immediately put him at ease. He quickly found three reasons to stick with it: effective and varied workouts, efficient 45-minute sessions, and a supportive community that celebrates every win.

With the help of monthly challenges, simple nutrition guidance, and consistent coaching, Matt has lost 23 pounds, kept the weight off, and improved his check-up results. Even with occasional wrist and shoulder issues, the coaches adapt movements to keep him safe while still pushing him to do his best. For Matt, the hardest part was walking through the door—but now, 2.5 years later, he credits Uplift with changing his health, confidence, and mindset for the better.
