Mary began her fitness journey in September 2024 with a simple but powerful goal: to build enough upper body strength to lift herself out of her soaker tub. She accomplished that goal within four months. With added focus on nutrition through a challenge in January 2025, she’s lost around 20 pounds, dropped a clothing size, and gained noticeable muscle. One of her biggest wins was breaking the fast-food habit through consistent meal planning. Today, Mary feels stronger, more confident, and healthier than she has in a long time.
