  • Absolutely not. Every workout is led by a certified personal trainer who will guide you through modifications and help you work at your own pace. Many of our members started right where you are now — and built strength and confidence from day one.

  • Yes. Most clients add it once they’ve built consistency in their workouts — it’s part of how we create lasting change.

  • That’s completely normal. Most of our clients felt that way at first — and now they’re some of the strongest people in the room.

  • We work with real people — not perfect bodies. Our coaches are trained to modify workouts around injuries and limitations while still helping you move safely and effectively. Just let your coach know before class, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Wear clothes you can move comfortably in and bring a bottle of water. We provide sweat towels at the studio. The only thing we ask — please make sure your workout shoes are clean before stepping on the floor. Our specialty flooring is designed for safety and performance, so clean workout shoes help us to keep it in excellent condition.

  • You’ll meet with a coach to discuss your results and choose the membership option that fits your goals and schedule. Most clients transition into our ongoing programs to keep their results building.
