What if I haven’t Worked out in a long time?

Our expert coaches work with clients of ALL fitness levels to appropriately introduce them to the workout. This means you’ll be offered intensity options that meet your current fitness level. Read more about The Team.

What If I have specific Injuries and can’t perform some of the exercises?

Our coaches do an excellent job of taking your limitations and creating a workout experience that best suits you. Our goal is to help you continue to move safely so that fitness can be a part of your life for a very long time.

How Often Can I attend?

While you will have access to unlimited bootcamp sessions, we recommend beginning with 3 sessions per week and then increasing as you build strength and endurance.

How long have you been open?

We first opened out studio in May of 2018 as Lubbock Fit Body Boot Camp. In October of 2024, we became Uplift Revival: the same great workouts, the same great coaches, just new name!

What do I need to bring to workout?

For each workout, please bring in a clean pair of workout shoes and water. We provide sweat towels for your use.

How long are the workouts? What is the focus?

Each workout is 35 minutes long from start to finish. This will include a warmup and cool-down.
Through each week, you can expect 4 LIFT (strength) days and 2 REV (cardio) days. You will be able to see the focus of the day once you have access to our unique booking app.

Do I have to attend the same session each time i come?

No! You will have access to our entire workout schedule (early am sessions all the way to our evening sessions). Feel free to try out different session times to find that one that fits you best!
