Stronger, Leaner & More ConfidenT

My fitness journey began in September 2024. My main goal was to become stronger. I wanted to be able to use my arm strength to lift myself out of my soaker tub. I was able to achieve this goal in about four months. I started a nutrition challenge in January 2025, with the guidance of my coaches and logging my food intake I’ve lost about 18 pounds but I can tell I’ve gained muscle. I’m down one clothing size in about five months. I am more confident and feel better overall. One obstacle I was able to overcome was eating fast food every day. I now do more meal planning/prepping to avoid that habit.
